Types of offices

 

DESK SHARING

Desk Sharing Office offers maximum flexibility. Here you share your assigned and fully furnished office with a maximum of 3 others. Each party has their own key and lockable furniture. These offices are practically furnished and have WiFi and LAN connection.

Rental cost Fr. 400. – / month (incl. Furnishings, Auxilliary costs, Electricity, Cleaning. Excludes Telephone and postal services)

 

TWO PARTY OFFICE SHARING

In the two party office sharing variant, you share your selected office with another company. An ideal solution for start-ups and freelancers who want to set up and maintain their own office and benefit from our comprehensive service package.

Rental cost Fr. 520. — / month for a 13m2 Büro or Fr. 680. — / month for a 17m2 office.

 

PRIVATE OFFICE

Rent one or more offices for the private use of your company. Some offices have connecting doors. You benefit from our comprehensive service package.

Rental cost Fr. 780.— / month cost for a 13m2 office or Fr. 1‘020. — / month for a 17m2 office.

 

Additional office sizes are availbale for the rental options "private office" and "two party office sharing".

Pricing of offices options 2 and 2 do not include office furnishing.

Options 1 and 2 pricing is per party.

 

 

OFFICES AND SERVICE FEATURES

Businesspark Zug offers a range of different sized offices from  13m2 and nearly 30m2 .

Some of our offices have views over the lake , mountains and city of Zug.

 

THE PRICE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES

  • Friendly, personal reception
  • Free use of the meeting rooms (3) including technical equipment
  • Free open parking with reserved tenant and visitor parking spaces
  • WiFi/LAN connection
  • Flat fee for auxiliary costs: Necessary building, management, heating and electricity costs
    Self-service (Network printer/copier/scanner/fax)
  • Call forwarding with personal advance notification**
  • Forwarding of SMS and E-mail messages **
  • Out of office telephone service in DE/EN **
  • Daily Post service; Collection and distribution of mail **
  • Use of the cafeteria with snacks, hot drinks, mineral water and soft drinks. (A quarterly invoice will be issued according to consumption)

** Additional charge for the Desk Sharing option (service contract)

ONE OFF FEES / DEPOSITS

  • Infrastructure contribution: Set-up fee for mailboxes, inscriptions, call charges etc. Fr. 350.-
  • Rental deposit: Tenants are required to provide a deposit of two or three months rent
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT (currently 8%)
