BusinessPark Zug is conveniently located at Sumpfstrasse 26 in 6312 Steinhausen, Canton of Zug. Positioned between Zug and Cham, it is easily accessible by car and public transport, just seven minutes from Zug railway station and around 30 minutes from Zurich and Lucerne.

Our location in Steinhausen benefits from excellent transport connections. BusinessPark Zug is easily accessible by car and offers free on-site parking. We are also conveniently reached by public transport, allowing visitors and tenants to travel to and from our offices quickly and comfortably.

What office sizes does BusinessPark Zug offer?
We rent furnished individual and team offices for 1 to about 9 workstations. The office spaces are flexible and suitable for sole proprietors as well as growing SMEs and startups.

Are the offices furnished?
Yes. All offices at BusinessPark Zug come fully furnished as standard and are ready for immediate occupancy. Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own furniture. The rent remains the same.

Are the offices air-conditioned?
The individual offices at BusinessPark Zug are not air-conditioned. However, for added comfort, the reception area, the cafeteria, and the meeting and seminar rooms are air-conditioned. The reception area also features workstations that can be used by tenants and visitors.

Can I rent multiple offices at the same time?
Yes. Many of our tenants are expanding within the BusinessPark. If you need additional space, we’ll work with you to find suitable solutions, such as multiple offices or a customized floor plan.

As my company grows within the BusinessPark, can it acquire additional space?
Yes. Many companies continue to grow over time and need additional workstations or office space. Depending on availability, we can help you expand within BusinessPark Zug and find suitable space.

Can I visit and experience the workspace before renting it?
Yes. We’d be happy to offer you the opportunity to get to know BusinessPark Zug during a trial day. This will allow you to experience the facilities, the atmosphere, and the location with no obligation.

How quickly can I move into an office?
In many cases, move-in is possible on short notice. Since we place a high value on flexibility, we work according to our tenants’ needs. Please contact us for current availability.

Are there any offices available on short notice at BusinessPark Zug?
Yes. Thanks to our flexible office structure, we can usually offer available office space on short notice. If there isn’t a suitable office available at the moment, we maintain a waiting list and will be happy to notify you as soon as a suitable space becomes available.

Do I have access to my office 24/7?
Yes. As a tenant, you’ll receive personal access and can use your office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—including weekends and holidays.

When is the front desk staffed?
Our front desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Can I welcome customers and guests?
Yes. You can welcome customers, business partners, or guests at any time. During reception hours, visitors are greeted and assisted professionally at the front desk.

Does BusinessPark Zug also offer coworking spaces?
Yes. In addition to traditional individual and team offices, we also offer flexible coworking options. We’d be happy to consult with you personally to determine which work arrangement best suits your needs.

What are the advantages of an office over a coworking space?
Having your own office offers more privacy, quiet, and the opportunity to maintain an official company head office. Coworking spaces, on the other hand, are particularly flexible and are ideal for people who don’t want to commit to a long-term arrangement.

Meeting Rooms & Seminar Rooms

Are there meeting rooms and seminar rooms?
Yes. BusinessPark Zug offers a variety of meeting and seminar rooms. These are suitable for meetings, workshops, training sessions, or client meetings and can be rented by the hour or by the day-

How much does it cost to rent a meeting room?
Prices varies depending on the size of the room. Our large seminar room, which measures 38 m², can accommodate up to 14 people and costs CHF 35 per hour or CHF 300 per day. We’d be happy to advise you on the available rooms.

Can I hold client meetings, workshops, or seminars at BusinessPark Zug?
Yes. Our meeting and seminar rooms are ideal for client meetings, workshops, training sessions, presentations, and team events. The rooms can be booked flexibly by the hour or by the day. They are equipped with modern technology (e.g., for professional video conferencing), a portable whiteboard, and flip charts. Upon request, we can also arrange refreshments and catering options. Coffee, beverages, and light snacks are available in the cafeteria.

How much does an office cost at BusinessPark Zug?
Monthly rent starts at around CHF 400 per month. The exact price depends on the size, location, and facilities of the office.

Are the utilities included in the rent?
Yes. All utility costs are included in the rent as a flat rate. This allows you to benefit from a transparent and easy-to-calculate cost structure without any unexpected additional costs.

How are rent payments made?
Rent is paid monthly in advance. Most tenants use a standing order or online banking to pay it.

Is the space rented per workstation or per office?
Rental is based on the office, not on the workstation. The maximum number of workstations is determined by legal requirements and the physical layout of the space.

Yes. There are two charging stations for electric vehicles on the BusinessPark Zug grounds. These are available exclusively to our tenants and their visitors.

Are there places to eat on site?
Our cafeteria serves coffee, tea, mineral water, soft drinks, and snacks. Right next to the BusinessPark, you’ll also find a pizzeria and the Kona Kantine, which serves Japanese specialties (at Hapimag: https://www.konakantine.ch/.
